Position Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account-Based Marketing Manager to join our innovative company. The Account-Based Marketing Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships and executing marketing campaigns that drive business results. This role involves working with customers to understand their needs while developing and executing strategic marketing plans to reach customers (approximately 70% of the duties). In addition, the role continues through the customer journey with order fulfillment (approximately 20% of duties) and coordinating with internal teams to maintain retail product inventory (approximately 10% of duties). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of managing customer accounts.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, social media, and events.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and new business development.
- Implement clear communication of product value propositions, features and benefits, and competitive advantages to customers through all marketing channels.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Implement a positive customer experience throughout the entire sales, shipment, and customer support cycle.
- Monitor incoming orders, coordinate shipping and track retail product inventory.
- Develop and implement strategies to retain and develop incremental growth in new and existing customer accounts.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations on optimization, industry trends, and best practices.
- Prepare and present regular updates on account status, new opportunities, challenges, project plans, and performance reports to commercial and senior management teams.
- Liaise between commercial and internal teams to ensure clear communication and smooth execution of campaigns.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, account management, or a related role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience managing customer accounts and delivering marketing campaigns.
- Experience in digital marketing and a solid understanding of online platforms and tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, social media platforms).
