| Product Summary | The EXREsolve™ Prestained Protein Markers is a dual-function molecular weight marker composed of 13 proteins with a molecular weight range of 10 kDa to 200 kDa. Four of the individual protein markers are pre-stained proteins (10 kDa, 25 kDa, 45 kDa and 70 kDa). The 10 kDa and 45 kDa bands are blue, the 25 kDa band is green, and the 70 kDa band is pink. The prestained markers enable direct observation of the protein electrophoresis status and estimation of protein transfer during Western Blot. The remaining 9 proteins contain binding sites for multiple IgG subtypes, which can bind multiple antibodies to the target protein simultaneously. After chemiluminescent detection, the remaining 9 bands are visualized in Western blot on film or by CCD imaging (15 kDa, 30 kDa, 40 kDa, 50 kDa, 60 kDa, 80 kDa, 100 kDa, 150 kDa, and 200 kDa), with 30 kDa and 80 kDa being enhanced intensity bands. This product is compatible with PVDF, nylon, and nitrocellulose membranes.
The product is supplied in gel loading buffer as a ready-to-use liquid not require heating, dilution or additional reducing agents before loading on gel. For the separation of 10-250 kDa proteins, we recommend EXREsolve™ FlexKD PAGE Gel (catalog # EXBR001). |
